Please Note the following if you are experiencing power issues with your recorder:

How to reset the battery on your voice recorder:

- Take a paperclip & bend out one of the legs

- Take the bent out leg of the paperclip & insert it into the hole on the right hand side of the device to press a button.

- Just push the paperclip in once to press this button, you do not need to hold it down

- Once you have pressed the button, connect it to a computer to check if the device will then start charging. (Trying to switch on the device after pressing this button will not work)
