The Laurier Bookstore wants to make your online shopping experience as easy as possible. 

Order Pickup

Select your preferred pick-up location when checking out from our website. Pick-up locations are the Bookstore Express Window in the concourse in Waterloo and Stedman Community Bookstore in Brantford. Hours are Monday to Friday, 10am to 4pm. You'll receive two emails regarding your order; follow instructions in the second email (order status update email) to schedule your in-person pick up.

Shipping Charges

The Bookstore has the following shipping rates:

Ontario:$10.00 flat rate Quebec:$20.00 flat rateRest of Canada:$25.00 flat rateU.S.:$28.00 flat rateInternational:$95.00 flat rate

Rates for other countries may vary depending on weight, product or destination. If shipping rate varies, the bookstore will contact you and confirm actual rates before billing and shipping.

Shipping Information

Shipped orders should arrive in 2-3 business days* and are delivered by UPS. Please note: a signature is required at the time of drop-off. If no one is available, a notice will be left at the home/apt. with a pickup location. The package must be picked up within 7 days, or it will be returned to the Bookstore.

*Degree frames ship directly from our frame supplier in 10-15 business days.
