WINTER TERM RETURNS ACCEPTED: Monday, January 12th, 2009 until Saturday, January 24th, 2009.

NO RETURNS ON LAURIER CUSTOM COURSEWARE (a.k.a. COURSEPACKS)
NO RETURNS ON PACKAGED TEXTBOOKS WITH BROKEN PACKAGING
We offer a full refund for textbooks in mint condition that are returned with receipt within the refund period of each term. If you drop a course after the refund deadline, you can return books until the final drop date of classes with a LORIS account printout and receipt, as long as the book is in resalable condition. A 10% Restocking Fee will apply.
Books purchased after the return deadline cannot be returned unless the course is dropped and you have a printout of your LORIS account. The books must be in mint condition and a sales receipt must be presented. A 10% Restocking Fee will apply.
Exemptions:
1. Packaged textbooks are exempt from this policy and are non-returnable if the package seal is broken.
2. Custom Laurier Courseware (a.k.a. Coursepack) are exempt from this policy and are non-returnable.
General Merchandise
Gifts and clothing items may be returned within 14 days of purchase. Items must be in new condition with tags attached and accompanied by a sales receipt.
General Books
General Books may be returned within 14 days of purchase. Books must be in new condition accompanied by a sales receipt.
Computer Products
Computer hardware, software and accessories may be returned within 14 days of purchase. Merchandise must be in original packaging and in perfect condition. Computer software packages must be unopened. If you have defective merchandise please return the item as soon as possible as we may be able to offer a replacement or manufacturer’s warranty.
Online Orders
Returns made from purchases online must follow the return policy stated above.
Merchandise must be in original packaging and in mint condition, items damaged during the return shipment will not be accepted.
We recommend that packages being returned be insured using a traceable shipping method (i.e. Purolator Courier or Priority Post). We do not accept responsibility for items lost in transit.
The original receipt must be returned with the product. Refunds are issued in the original form of payment. The return can be made to the Laurier Bookstore and must be postmarked within 14 calendar days from the original purchase.
Original shipping charges are refunded only when the return is due to an error in processing or shipping by the Bookstore or the product is defective.
